本規約は、AnyPix（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約は、Apple App Store 等（以下「各ストア」）の規約とあわせて適用されます。
提供者は利用者に対し、各ストアの規約に従って本アプリを個人的に利用するための、譲渡不可・非独占的な権利を許諾します。法令で認められる場合を除き、リバースエンジニアリング、複製、再配布、転売、改変を行うことはできません。
本アプリは画像の変換・圧縮をすべて利用者の端末内で行い、画像を外部サーバーへ送信しません。変換結果の保存・管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。
本アプリの一部機能は、有料の買い切り課金「AnyPix Pro」により解放されます（サブスクリプションではありません）。表示価格・課金の実行・返金は各ストアの規定に従います。「購入の復元」で同一ストアアカウントの購入済み権利を再取得できます。
本アプリは画像処理を端末内で完結して行い、機能の動作に提供者の専用サーバーを必要としません。したがって、提供者が本アプリの提供・更新・サポートを終了した場合であっても、購入済みの AnyPix Pro 機能は、端末にインストールされた本アプリが動作する限り、引き続きご利用いただけます。 一方で、OS・各ストア・端末の仕様変更等により、将来にわたる動作・互換性・再ダウンロード・購入の復元の可能性までを保証するものではありません。特に各ストアでの配信が終了した場合、再インストールや購入の復元ができなくなる可能性があります。継続利用のため、本アプリをアンインストールせず保持されることを推奨します。買い切り課金の性質上、提供終了のみを理由とした返金は行いません（返金は各ストアの規定に従います）。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。特定目的への適合性、完全性、正確性、中断のないことや将来の動作を保証しません。変換結果の品質・対応形式・保存可否は利用者の環境により異なる場合があります。重要なデータは必ずバックアップしてください。
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、提供者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、提供者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
提供者は本規約を随時変更できます。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms govern your use of AnyPix (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms, together with the terms of the Apple App Store and other stores (the “Stores”).
The provider grants you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with the applicable Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, resell, or modify the App except where permitted by law.
The App converts and compresses images entirely on your device and does not upload them. Saving and managing the output is your responsibility.
Certain features are unlocked by a one‑time purchase, “AnyPix Pro” (not a subscription). Pricing, billing, and refunds are governed by the applicable Store. “Restore purchase” recovers a previous entitlement on the same Store account.
The App runs entirely on your device and does not require any proprietary server. Therefore, even if the provider discontinues the App, updates, or support, your purchased AnyPix Pro features will keep working for as long as the installed App runs on your device. However, the provider does not guarantee future operation, compatibility, re‑download, or restore, which may be affected by changes to the OS, the Stores, or your device. If distribution on a Store ends, re‑installation and restore may become unavailable; we recommend keeping the App installed. Because the purchase is one‑time (non‑subscription), no refund is given solely on the basis of discontinuation (refunds follow the Stores’ policies).
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or future functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court for the provider’s location as the court of first instance.
The provider may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
